Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor the sales team to model authentic, personalized customer service and achieve sales and customer service targets
- Support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in the daily oversight of store operations
- Execute cash reconciliation procedures at the start and end of each shift
- Open and close the store on a rotating basis, ensuring security and operational protocols are followed
- Coach team members to develop their skills and drive performance excellence
- Demonstrate inspirational retail practices and set the behavioral standard for the sales team
Qualifications
- Proven retail experience, preferably within cosmetics or luxury beauty
- Ability to deliver inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Retail operations experience including cash reconciliation and store opening/closing procedures (desirable)
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience with coaching and mentoring capability (desirable)
- Experience with retail point-of-sale software
- Right to live and work in the United States

Experience
Proven retail experience with a preference for the cosmetics or luxury beauty sector; supervisory or coaching experience is desirable but not essential for candidates with strong retail fundamentals seeking their first leadership position.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; further education or retail-specific certifications are advantageous but not required.
