Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor the sales team, modeling behaviors aligned with the brand's standards for inspirational and personalized customer service
- Support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in achieving all sales and customer service targets
- Execute daily cash reconciliation at store opening and closing on a rotational basis
- Participate in opening and closing store procedures, including security and cash handling protocols
- Coach team members to develop retail excellence and drive performance metrics
- Maintain operational standards and ensure smooth daily store operations
Qualifications
- Proven retail experience, preferably within cosmetics or prestige beauty
- Demonstrated ability to deliver inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Previous retail operations experience including cash reconciliation, opening, and closing procedures (desirable)
- Prior supervisory or team lead experience with coaching and mentoring capabilities (desirable)
- Experience with retail point-of-sale (POS) software systems
- Right to live and work in the United States (proof required upon interview invitation)
