Role & Responsibilities
- Coach and mentor the sales team to model exemplary customer service behaviors and achieve sales and customer service targets
- Lead by example, demonstrating the authentic, personalized engagement required in a prestige beauty environment
- Conduct start and end-of-day cash reconciliation with accuracy and attention to detail
- Open and close the store on a rota basis, ensuring compliance with security and operational protocols
- Support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in day-to-day store operations and problem-solving
- Process customer transactions using point-of-sale software
- Maintain store visual standards and inventory awareness
Qualifications
- Proven retail experience, preferably within cosmetics or prestige beauty
- Demonstrated ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Strong cash handling and reconciliation skills
- Experience with retail point-of-sale software
- Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends, and special events
- Right to live and work in Canada
Skills
Experience
Proven retail experience, preferably within cosmetics or prestige beauty. Previous supervisory experience including coaching and mentoring others to achieve sales and customer service targets is desirable. Previous retail operations experience including cash reconciliation and opening and closing the store is desirable.
