Le Labo Key Holder position in San Francisco, CA. Full-time retail supervisor role supporting store operations and sales team leadership.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in all operational aspects of the retail location
- Coach and mentor sales team members to deliver inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Perform daily cash reconciliation and financial management at start and end of shifts
- Open and close the store on a rotational basis following established procedures
- Model company behaviors and performance standards to inspire the sales team
- Achieve and exceed all sales and customer service targets
- Ensure compliance with retail operations standards and procedures
Qualifications
- Proven retail experience, preferably within cosmetics or prestige beauty
- Ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Retail operations experience including cash reconciliation and store opening/closing procedures (desirable)
- Previous supervisory or team leadership experience including coaching and mentoring (desirable)
- Proficiency with retail point-of-sale software
- Legal right to work in the United States
Skills
Experience
Proven retail experience, preferably within cosmetics or prestige beauty. Previous supervisory experience including coaching and mentoring others to achieve sales and customer service targets is desirable. Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment including days, nights, weekends, and special events.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 22 to USD 26 per hour.
