Le Labo seeks a Key Holder to support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager with store operations, customer service targets, cash reconciliation, and opening and closing the store on a rota basis. The full-time role is suited to an ambitious retail professional seeking a first supervisory opportunity; the anticipated hourly range is $18.98–$31.63, depending on factors including experience, skills, education and budget, with geographic variation, and the role is bonus-eligible.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the store.
- Lead by example through coaching and mentoring, modelling the behaviours expected of the sales team to deliver inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service and achieve sales and customer service targets.
- Carry out essential start-of-day and end-of-day cash reconciliation.
- Open and close the store on a rota basis.
Qualifications
- Proven retail experience, preferably within cosmetics.
- Ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
- Retail operations experience, including cash reconciliation and store opening and closing, is desirable.
- Previous supervisory experience, including coaching and mentoring others to achieve sales and customer service targets, is desirable.
- Ability to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends and special events, in a fast-paced work environment.
- Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software.
- Must be able to provide proof of the right to live and work in the United States if invited to interview.
