Dynamic supervisory role supporting the Store Manager and Assistant Manager at a prestige beauty retail location. The successful candidate will lead the sales team through coaching and mentoring, drive inspirational customer service, manage cash reconciliation, and share responsibility for store opening and closing procedures on a rotational basis.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support Store Manager and Assistant Manager in ensuring efficient store operations
- Lead, coach, and mentor sales team members to demonstrate inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Model desired behaviors and sales excellence to achieve sales and customer service targets
- Execute start and end of day cash reconciliation with precision
- Open and close the store on a rotational basis following established procedures
- Drive sales performance through team leadership and customer engagement
Qualifications
- Proven retail experience, preferably within cosmetics or prestige beauty
- Demonstrated ability to deliver inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience with coaching and mentoring responsibilities (desirable)
- Experience with retail point-of-sale (POS) software systems (desirable)
- Proficiency in cash handling and store reconciliation procedures (desirable)
- Ability to work flexible retail hours including evenings, weekends, and special events
- Right to live and work in the United States
Skills
Experience
Previous retail experience is required, preferably within cosmetics or prestige beauty. Prior supervisory experience involving coaching and mentoring colleagues to meet sales and customer service targets is desirable. Demonstrated experience with retail operations, including cash reconciliation and store opening and closing procedures, is advantageous.
