Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in ensuring smooth and efficient store operations

Skills
Experience
Previous retail experience is required, preferably within cosmetics or prestige beauty. Prior supervisory or lead experience involving coaching and mentoring others to achieve sales and customer service targets is desirable. Retail operations experience, including cash reconciliation and opening/closing procedures, is highly valued.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; further education or professional certifications in retail management are advantageous but not required.
