Role & Responsibilities
- Support Store Manager and Assistant Manager in directing daily store operations and maintaining operational efficiency
- Coach and mentor sales team members, demonstrating expected behaviours and fostering achievement of sales and customer service targets
- Model inspirational, authentic, and personalised customer service delivery standards
- Execute opening and closing procedures, including cash reconciliation and till management, on a rotational basis
- Maintain retail compliance standards, including point-of-sale system operations and cash handling protocols
Qualifications
- Proven retail experience, preferably within cosmetics or prestige beauty
- Demonstrated ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalised customer service
- Retail operations experience including cash reconciliation and store opening/closing procedures (desirable)
- Previous supervisory experience including coaching and mentoring teams to achieve sales and customer service objectives (desirable)
- Proficiency with retail point-of-sale software systems
- Legal right to live and work in the United States
Skills
Experience
Previous retail experience is required. Supervisory or team leadership experience in a retail environment is highly desirable. Experience specifically within cosmetics, beauty, or prestige goods retail is preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent is typically required. Further retail management certifications or training are desirable but not essential.
