Role & Responsibilities
- Coach and mentor the sales team to model exemplary customer service behaviors and achieve sales and customer service targets
- Support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in ensuring smooth and efficient store operations
- Conduct cash reconciliation and oversee opening and closing procedures on a rota basis

Qualifications
