Global Marketing Operations Coordinator at Le Labo (Estée Lauder) – 12-month contract role in London managing international marketing operations, collateral, and labelling processes.
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain training materials linked to Marketing/Operations for distribution across EMEA, APAC, LATAM markets and global Travel Retail
- Oversee global packaging and collateral programs, monitoring forecasts, timelines and stock transfers across all markets
- Create and maintain collateral trackers, training decks and packaging specifications documentation
- Monitor collateral inventory, track SKU changes and minimize waste across international operations
- Manage personalized labelling processes including new market openings, launch calendars and assortment changes
- Prepare and submit requests for new labels, proofread artwork and coordinate with Artwork Management
- Participate in brand immersion sessions and regional training drives
- Support front- and back-end development, UAT and rollout of new artwork routing and in-store printing systems
- Raise, manage and monitor purchase orders for external suppliers and internal procurement
- Gather and compile information for training materials, assortment guides and retailer product query forms
- Formulate in-store and market surveys to identify gaps and develop recommendations
- Maintain compliance-related archiving and record-keeping for company documentation
- Ensure adherence to Le Labo brand values including sustainability, diversity and inclusion initiatives
Qualifications
- Fluency in English with proficiency in at least one additional European language preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage effectively with internal departments, affiliates and external retail partners
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 applications
- Strong organizational and detail-oriented approach to project management
- Experience working with international markets and global supply chain processes
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholder relationships and priorities
Skills
Experience
Experience in marketing operations, business support, administrative coordination or related supply chain functions within a luxury, retail, or consumer goods environment is advantageous. Familiarity with global market operations and retail collateral management is beneficial.
Education
Secondary education or equivalent; tertiary qualification in business administration, marketing, supply chain management, or related discipline is preferred.
