Le Labo seeks a Fragrance Advisor in Gateshead to deliver personalized in-store service, support events and uphold visual merchandising standards. This is a full-time, three-month fixed-term contract.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide a welcoming, inspirational and personalized in-store experience that educates and delights customers.
- Participate in in-store events to create impact as part of a high-performing team.
- Ensure the store meets visual merchandising standards and stands out from competitors.
- Deliver inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
Qualifications
- A qualification in make-up artistry or previous retail make-up experience is preferred; applicants with amateur-level experience are welcome if they can demonstrate a high level of creative and technical expertise.
- Ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
- Ability to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends and special events, in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software.
- Proof of the right to live and work in the country must be provided if invited to interview.
