Le Labo is hiring an Ecommerce Marketing Associate to coordinate retailer.com launches, digital merchandising, sampling, new retailer openings, creative assets, product information, and launch timelines across global markets. The role is based in Williamsburg, Brooklyn, and supports retailer-site quality, marketing placement and performance tracking, and inventory and sales reporting; the regular full-time position offers an annual base salary of $75,350–$112,500 and eligibility for a performance-based bonus.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Director of Retailer.com and market teams in coordinating retailer.com go-to-market initiatives, sampling, new product launches, and new retailer openings.
- Attend monthly meetings with all markets and compile performance information for internal business reviews.
- Routinely quality-check and audit retailer.com sites to ensure assets, assortments, SRPs, and guidelines are current.
- Track and compile global retailer press mentions, social media activity, on-site placements, and email marketing placements.
- Identify unauthorized retailers and counterfeit products and report them to the Director of Retailer.com.
- Monitor the retailer.com, Pure Play, and 3PP ecosystem and keep up to date with emerging retailer trends.
- Support ad hoc projects for the growing retailer.com business, including inventory- and sales-related reporting.
- Manage retailer.com creative-asset projects.
- Serve as the first point of contact for market creative requests; assess relevance, provide feedback or approval, ensure on-time delivery, and monitor correct post-launch usage.
- Work with Marketing and Creative teams to request, track, and deliver required assets and copy by deadlines for retailer counter dates and program dates, including new product launches, limited-life products, retailer exclusives, and hero-product re-promotions.
- Maintain a single source of truth for imagery, product information, and copy across all markets.
- Monitor live product assortments and launches on retailer platforms and verify assets, indexing, copy, and merchandising accuracy.
- Ensure all retailer.com materials are available in the DAM.
- Own the operational process for opening new retail doors.
- Partner with market teams to prepare images and copy for launch marketing initiatives, including brand shops, homepage placements, emails, and social posts.
- Complete retailer item setup forms for new launches within required timelines.
- Partner with local market teams to ensure opening orders are placed accurately and on time.
- Submit and monitor creative request forms for new launches and ad hoc requests through Wrike, working with Creative Operations to meet deadlines.
- Coordinate a centralized repository of product setup information and launch timelines, including program details, product data, ship dates, allocations, retailer-specific retail and net pricing, launch stages, and dates, to support tracking and on-time program delivery.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Three years of marketing experience, preferably in fragrance or beauty.
- Strong understanding of ecommerce marketing, including luxury brands in a multichannel selling environment.
- High attention to detail and ability to multitask, balance big-picture objectives, and follow through on details.
- Excellent time management, including the ability to guide cross-functional teams and keep projects on track.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Comfort working with cross-functional teams across multiple regions and markets and at all organizational levels.
- Curiosity, a strong work ethic, and willingness to learn.
- Understanding of and passion for the luxury and beauty industries, with the ability to execute goals in the digital space globally.
- Ability to interpret data, prioritize projects, and deliver with close attention to detail.

- Knowledge of web usability, user experience, and quality assurance testing; proficiency with Microsoft Office.
