E-Store Shipping Assistant at Le Labo in Nashville, TN—part-time position managing ecommerce fulfillment, inventory, and order processing.
Role & Responsibilities
- Process orders received through the ecommerce platform, picking, preparing, and packing according to Le Labo's packaging standards
- Consistently meet order processing targets and business expectations while managing high-volume fulfillment workload
- Manage and resolve errors or discrepancies in order fulfillment
- Work closely with the Concierge team to address special requests, manage special orders, and maintain returns documentation
- Receive goods, verify quantities against records, and maintain daily organization of stock and inventory monitoring
- Conduct monthly cycle counts and assist with end-of-year inventory procedures
- Execute opening and closing procedures for ecommerce operations while adhering to company policy in collaboration with the Estore Supervisor and Store Manager
- Process BOPIS (Buy Online, Pick-up In Store) orders and cross-functional online refills through the Online Fulfillment system
- Train temporary personnel for assembly projects, picking, preparation, and packing
- Maintain an organized and safe work environment in the ecommerce stockroom, reporting any issues to the Store Manager
Qualifications

- Proficiency with Mac Applications and Microsoft Suite
