Role & Responsibilities
- Manage inventory, goods receipt, and verify quantity accuracy
- Maintain optimal stock levels and supply quantities
- Organize and maintain the stockroom as a safe, clean, and efficient workspace
- Process and manage orders from the e-commerce platform systematically
- Pick, prepare, and pack orders according to Le Labo's packaging standards
- Ensure reliable and timely shipment management and daily shipping operations
- Provide local matrix reporting to the Sales & Education Manager in Paris
- Support the maintenance of shipping infrastructure and systems
- Collaborate with the Concierge team on special requests and bespoke orders
- Identify and escalate IT issues using the ticketing system
Qualifications
- Fluent in English and German
- Strong organizational skills with demonstrated ability to multitask
- Excellent time management and ability to work independently
- Passion for luxury fragrance and beauty products
- First experience with e-commerce shipping software is advantageous
