Le Labo is seeking a full-time Counter Manager for a one-year fixed-term contract in Düsseldorf. The role combines customer consultation and service with people management, staff scheduling, KPI delivery and team development.
Role & Responsibilities
- Create memorable shopping experiences through professional consultation and exceptional service.
- Manage people and staff scheduling, ensuring efficient operations and effective teamwork.
- Achieve business KPIs.
- Support team members’ development and growth through coaching and talent development initiatives.
Qualifications
- Ideally, initial experience in retail sales and the ability to inspire customers with product knowledge.
- Enthusiasm for the fragrance industry and eagerness to continually expand expertise.
- Preferably, hands-on experience in customer consultation and service.
- A passion for delivering an authentic, personalized and memorable customer experience.
- A solution-oriented approach, strong teamwork and a solid understanding of commercial, business-focused thinking.
