Le Labo, the luxury fragrance, skincare, and artisanal brand of Estée Lauder Companies, seeks a dedicated Counter Coordinator to lead operations at its Zurich boutique counter. This full-time role encompasses sales target achievement, inventory management, team training in product expertise, customer experience excellence, and implementation of visual merchandising and corporate standards. The position requires strong sales acumen, organizational prowess, and flexibility to work weekends and holidays.

Role & Responsibilities

• Set and achieve monthly sales targets in collaboration with the team, developing strategic initiatives to exceed goals
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and inventory levels, implementing corrective measures as needed
• Develop and execute marketing initiatives, coordinate promotional campaigns, and organize in-store events in partnership with the marketing department
• Deliver exceptional customer service by identifying client needs and fulfilling them with expert product knowledge and passion
• Train and coach team members on product knowledge, new offerings, and sales techniques to strengthen counter advisory capabilities
• Enforce corporate policies, visual merchandising standards, and hygiene protocols consistently across the counter
• Manage time tracking systems and maintain accurate scheduling and administrative records

Qualifications

• Proven track record in retail sales management or point-of-sale operations
• Demonstrated excellence in sales negotiation and customer relationship building
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail
• Proficiency in retail inventory and business systems
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for fragrance, design, art, and artisanal craftsmanship

Skills

Experience

Substantial experience in retail sales, customer service, and preferably luxury goods or fragrance retail; demonstrated success in a supervisory or coordinator role within a retail environment.

Education

Secondary education required; further qualifications in retail management, sales, or business administration are advantageous.
