Le Labo seeks a Counter Coordinator in Zurich. Lead luxury fragrance retail operations with sales targets, team management, and customer excellence at 100%.
Role & Responsibilities
- Set and achieve monthly sales targets in collaboration with the team, developing strategic initiatives to exceed goals
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and inventory levels, implementing corrective measures as needed
- Develop and execute marketing initiatives, coordinate promotional campaigns, and organize in-store events in partnership with the marketing department
- Deliver exceptional customer service by identifying client needs and fulfilling them with expert product knowledge and passion
- Train and coach team members on product knowledge, new offerings, and sales techniques to strengthen counter advisory capabilities
- Enforce corporate policies, visual merchandising standards, and hygiene protocols consistently across the counter
- Manage time tracking systems and maintain accurate scheduling and administrative records
Qualifications
- Proven track record in retail sales management or point-of-sale operations
- Demonstrated excellence in sales negotiation and customer relationship building
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail
- Proficiency in retail inventory and business systems
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

Skills
Experience
Substantial experience in retail sales, customer service, and preferably luxury goods or fragrance retail; demonstrated success in a supervisory or coordinator role within a retail environment.
Education
