The Communications and Marketing Intern supports Le Labo’s PR, events, partnerships and logistics across EMEA, including agency coordination in 10 markets and European partner support across 10 countries. The role also maintains press and creator materials, coordinates product stock and shipments, and assists with team meetings and reporting; benefits include 75% transportation reimbursement and meal vouchers.

Role & Responsibilities

• Support PR agencies across 10 EMEA markets, coordinating press and creator needs and relationships.
• Maintain media and creator databases and compile monthly press reports.
• Liaise between agencies, the local EMEA team and global teams.
• Support key brand moments, including launches, events and City Exclusives.
• Help execute Le Labo events by managing timelines, briefs and suppliers.
• Contribute to special projects, including olfactive placements at Fashion Week and cultural events.
• Help manage European partners across 10 countries.
• Research and suggest new partnerships, and support outreach and relationship management.
• Compile monthly Amenities reports and keep the Amenities and Partnerships tracker up to date.
• Coordinate and track product shipments for press, creators, events and amenities.
• Manage product stock, including press samples, gifting and amenities.
• Support logistics with PR agencies and partners across France and Europe.
• Prepare and personalize products for events, gifting and partnerships.
• Create presentations and team materials.
• Support the EMEA team with meetings, agendas and recaps.
• Coordinate with EMEA and Global teams.

Qualifications

• First experience through an internship or apprenticeship in marketing or communications.
• Fluent in written and spoken English; another language is a plus.
• Curious, organized and hands-on, with reliability, attention to detail and adaptability.
• Able to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Interested in fragrances, culture, art, fashion and design.
