Le Labo is seeking a Cashier to manage transactions, support customer service and store operations, and handle customer follow-up in a fast-paced retail environment. The role is full-time and offers an hourly range of $13.61 to $22.69, with eligibility for a bonus program.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage sales transactions in a fast-paced retail environment, following cash-handling and cash-reconciliation guidelines.
- Provide personalized service at the end of each customer visit, confirm customers are registered in the customer database, and ensure they have everything they need before leaving.
- Provide product availability information to employees and customers.
- Assist with staff scheduling occasionally.
- Monitor the shop floor to ensure customers are greeted promptly and served as quickly as possible.
- Answer telephone enquiries and ensure prompt, proactive, and professional follow-up.
- Contact customers about upcoming events and launches and schedule consultations.
Qualifications
- Previous cash-handling experience.
- Previous retail or guest-services experience is desirable.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service.
- Availability to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced work environment.
- Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software.
- Must be able to provide proof of the right to live and work in the country if invited to interview.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 13.61 to USD 22.69 per hour.
