The Beauty Stylist provides personalized customer service, works toward sales targets and creates an inspirational in-store experience while collaborating with the team to uphold visual merchandising standards. The temporary, full-time role requires flexibility to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends and special events.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide welcoming, authentic and personalized service to customers to achieve customer service and sales targets.
- Create a unique and inspirational in-store experience that educates, inspires and delights customers.
- Build collaborative working relationships with the store team to help ensure the store meets the company's visual merchandising standards.
Qualifications
- A qualification in makeup artistry or previous retail makeup experience is preferred; applicants with amateur-level experience are welcome if they can demonstrate a high level of creative and technical expertise.
- Ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
- Ability to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends and special events, in a fast-paced work environment.
- Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software.
- Proof of the right to live and work in Malaysia must be provided if invited to interview.
