Le Labo seeks a Beauty Advisor for its travel retail counter at Heathrow Airport Terminal 4, working full-time for 36 hours. The role delivers personalized customer experiences, supports in-store events and visual merchandising, and welcomes candidates with amateur makeup artistry experience as well as qualified or experienced applicants.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver a welcoming, inspirational and personalized in-store experience that educates and delights customers.
- Use creative and technical expertise and a passion for people to support customer engagement.
- Contribute to a high-performing team and create impact through in-store events.
- Ensure the store meets visual merchandising standards and stands out from competitors.
Qualifications
- A qualification in makeup artistry or previous retail makeup experience is preferred; applicants with amateur-level experience are welcome if they can demonstrate a high level of creative and technical expertise.
- Demonstrated ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
- Availability to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends and special events, in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software.
- Must provide proof of the right to live and work in the country if invited to interview.
