Role & Responsibilities

• Apply makeup artistry techniques to educate and delight customers through personalized, inspirational consultations
• Deliver exceptional customer service that authentically reflects the brand's prestige positioning and values
• Participate actively in in-store events and promotional activities to create measurable retail impact
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and store presentation to competitive advantage
• Process transactions and manage customer interactions using retail point-of-sale systems
• Work collaboratively within a high-performing retail team to achieve store performance objectives

Qualifications

• Demonstrable creative and technical expertise in makeup application at amateur level or higher
• Ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service consistently
• Capacity to work flexible retail hours including evenings, weekends, and special events
• Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software
• Legal right to live and work in Mexico
• Certification in makeup artistry or previous retail beauty experience is preferred but not required

Skills

Experience

Amateur-level or professional makeup artistry experience is acceptable; previous retail beauty or cosmetics experience is desirable but not mandatory. Candidates demonstrating strong creative and technical proficiency will be considered regardless of formal certification status.

Education

Certification in makeup artistry or professional makeup training is preferred but not required. Secondary education or equivalent is expected.
