Le Labo seeks a part-time Beauty Advisor/Artist at Brown Thomas in Dundrum to deliver personalized customer experiences, contribute to in-store events and uphold visual merchandising standards. The role welcomes applicants with amateur makeup experience and offers training and development alongside a competitive remuneration and benefits package.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver a welcoming, inspirational and personalized in-store experience that educates and delights customers.
- Use creative and technical expertise and a passion for people to engage customers.
- Work as part of a high-performing team to create impact through in-store events.
- Maintain the store’s visual merchandising standards so it stands out from competitors.
Qualifications
- A qualification in makeup artistry or previous retail makeup experience is preferred; applicants with amateur-level experience are welcome if they can demonstrate a high level of creative and technical expertise.
- Demonstrated ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
- Ability to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends and special events, in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software.
- Ability to provide proof of the right to live and work in Ireland if invited to interview.
