Le Labo Beauty Advisor (part-time, 15 hrs/week) in Stuttgart — one-year fixed-term role for luxury fragrance retail.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist clients according to Le Labo's service standards
- Deliver consultative product advice and execute sales at the highest level
- Present the brand universe and products through unique storytelling and sales approach
- Embody, represent, and communicate the values and DNA of Le Labo
- Contribute to target achievement and implementation of brand philosophy
- Execute counter actions and promotional campaigns
- Process and manage client orders and transactions
- Maintain store presentation and ensure qualified merchandising of products
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of professional sales experience
- Strong sensitivity to and knowledge of the fragrance industry
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Advanced German language proficiency
- Business-level English fluency; additional languages advantageous
- Flexibility with scheduling and weekend availability
