Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver inspirational and personalized makeup consultation and application services to customers
- Educate customers on product benefits, ingredients, and application techniques through authentic product demonstrations
- Execute in-store beauty events and activations as part of a high-performing sales team
- Maintain elevated visual merchandising standards and store appearance to differentiate against competitors
- Operate retail point-of-sale systems accurately and efficiently to process transactions

Qualifications
