Le Labo seeks a part-time Beauty Advisor for its Prahran store to deliver personalized customer experiences, support in-store events and uphold visual merchandising standards. Applicants with amateur-level makeup experience are welcome; a makeup artistry qualification or prior retail makeup experience is preferred.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide a welcoming, inspirational and personalized in-store experience that educates and delights customers.
- Use creative and technical expertise in makeup artistry to serve customers.
- Collaborate with the team on in-store events.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards that help the store stand out from competitors.
Qualifications
- A makeup artistry qualification or previous retail makeup experience is preferred; applicants with amateur-level experience are welcome if they can demonstrate a high level of creative and technical expertise.
- Demonstrated ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
- Availability to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends and special events, in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software.
- Ability to provide proof of the right to live and work in Australia if invited to interview.
