Le Labo Beauty Advisor position in Munich. Fixed-term contract, fragrance sales, luxury retail expertise required.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome and greet clients according to Le Labo brand standards and service protocols
- Provide consultative product guidance and high-level sales service on fragrance and luxury beauty offerings
- Present and articulate the brand universe, product collections, and storytelling through distinctive sales narratives
- Embody, represent, and communicate the core values and DNA of the Le Labo brand
- Contribute to achievement of sales targets and implementation of brand philosophy in-store
- Execute promotional campaigns and counter actions
- Process and manage customer orders accurately
- Maintain store presentation standards and ensure qualified merchandise display
Qualifications
- Demonstrated sensitivity and passion for fragrance and luxury beauty products
- Minimum 3 years of professional sales experience
- Strong team-oriented mindset with dynamic energy and interpersonal presence
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Fluent German language proficiency
- Business-level English fluency; additional languages preferred
- Flexibility with scheduling and availability for weekend shifts
