Role & Responsibilities
- Combine creative and technical makeup expertise to deliver personalized, welcoming, and inspirational in-store customer experiences
- Educate customers on product application and benefits while providing authentic, consultative service
- Collaborate with the store team to execute in-store events and promotions that drive engagement and sales
- Maintain exemplary visual merchandising standards throughout the beauty department to ensure competitive distinction
- Operate retail point-of-sale systems accurately and efficiently during transactions
- Work flexibly across retail hours including evenings, weekends, and special events to meet business needs
Qualifications
- Certification in makeup artistry or previous retail makeup experience preferred; amateur-level experience with demonstrated creative and technical expertise is acceptable
- Proven ability to deliver inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Capacity to work retail hours including days, evenings, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software
- Proof of legal right to live and work in Mexico
Skills
Experience
Certification in makeup artistry or previous retail makeup experience is preferred; however, applicants with amateur-level experience who can demonstrate high creative and technical proficiency are encouraged to apply.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Makeup artistry certification or formal training desirable but not required.
