Role & Responsibilities
- Provide welcoming, inspirational, and personalized in-store beauty consultations and makeovers
- Educate customers about Le Labo products and beauty techniques through expert application and guidance
- Collaborate with the sales team to create impact during in-store events and activations
- Maintain and execute high visual merchandising standards to differentiate the brand against competitors

Qualifications
- Certification in makeup artistry or previous retail makeup experience (preferred but not required)

- Proven creative and technical expertise in makeup application
- Ability to work flexible retail hours including days, evenings, weekends, and special events
- Proficiency with retail point-of-sale software
- Proof of right to live and work in Mexico
Skills
Experience
While certification in makeup artistry and previous retail makeup experience is desirable, applicants with amateur-level expertise who demonstrate strong creative and technical capabilities are welcome to apply. Retail experience is beneficial but not mandatory.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; makeup artistry certification is desirable but not required.
