The Beauty Advisor provides welcoming, authentic and personalized customer service while achieving sales and service objectives, creating inspiring in-store experiences and collaborating with the team to uphold company standards. The role is part-time and temporary.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide welcoming, authentic and personalized service to customers, achieving sales and customer service objectives.
- Create a unique and inspiring in-store experience that helps each customer discover what will inspire and delight them.
- Build collaborative working relationships with the store team to help maintain the company's high standards.
Qualifications
- Previous point-of-sale or customer service experience is valued, preferably in cosmetics or fragrances.
- Demonstrated ability to provide inspiring, authentic and personalized customer service.
- Ability to work as part of a team and contribute to a positive working environment.
- Ability to work retail hours, including weekends.
- Experience using cash registers or point-of-sale software and Microsoft Office is preferred.
