Le Labo Beauty Advisor position in Düsseldorf, Germany – one-year fixed-term contract in luxury fragrance retail.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome and serve clients according to Le Labo brand standards
- Deliver service-oriented product consultation and sales at the highest level
- Present the brand universe and products through distinctive sales approach and storytelling
- Master, represent, and share the brand's values and DNA
- Co-own target achievement and implementation of brand philosophy
- Execute counter actions and promotional initiatives
- Accept and control orders
- Maintain the Le Labo store environment and present merchandise professionally
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in sales
- Strong sensitivity to and knowledge of the world of perfumery
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Very good German language skills
- Business-fluent English proficiency
- Flexibility regarding working hours and weekend availability
- Team player with dynamic, professional demeanor
