Le Labo seeks a Beauty Advisor/Artist for a 22.5-hour part-time role at Brown Thomas in Dundrum. The advisor delivers personalized make-up experiences, supports in-store events and maintains visual merchandising standards; make-up artistry certification or retail make-up experience is preferred, while amateur-level experience is welcome with strong creative and technical expertise.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide a welcoming, inspirational and personalized in-store experience that educates and delights customers.
- Use creative and technical expertise to deliver make-up artistry services.
- Work with the team to create impact through in-store events.
- Maintain the store’s visual merchandising standards to distinguish it from competitors.
Qualifications
- A make-up artistry qualification or previous retail make-up experience is preferred; applicants with amateur-level experience are also welcome if they can demonstrate a high level of creative and technical expertise.
- Demonstrated ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
- Ability to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends and special events, in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software.
- Proof of the right to live and work in Ireland must be provided if invited to interview.
Skills
Experience
Previous retail make-up experience is preferred; amateur-level experience is accepted with demonstrated creative and technical expertise.
Education
A qualification in make-up artistry is preferred.
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in Dundrum, Dublin, Ireland, with easy access to Dublin.
