Le Labo seeks a Beauty Advisor for a part-time regular position in Dundrum. The role combines creative and technical beauty expertise with personalized customer service, in-store events and visual merchandising, with training and development provided.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver a welcoming, inspirational and personalized in-store experience that educates and delights customers.
- Use creative and technical expertise to provide customer service.
- Collaborate with the team on in-store events.
- Help ensure the store meets visual merchandising standards and stands out from competitors.
Qualifications
- A qualification in makeup artistry or previous retail makeup experience is preferred; applicants with amateur-level experience are welcome if they can demonstrate a high level of creative and technical expertise.
- Demonstrated ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
- Availability to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends and special events, in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software.
- Ability to provide proof of the right to live and work in Ireland if invited to interview.
