Le Labo Beauty Advisor role in Dundrum, Ireland, delivering personalized fragrance experiences and supporting in-store events and visual merchandising.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide a welcoming, inspirational and personalized in-store experience that educates and delights customers.
- Contribute to in-store events as part of a high-performing team.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards to help the store stand out from competitors.
Qualifications
- A qualification in make-up artistry or previous retail make-up experience is preferred; applicants with amateur-level experience are welcome if they can demonstrate strong creative and technical expertise.
- Demonstrate the ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
- Able to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends and special events, in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software.
- Provide proof of the right to live and work in Ireland if invited to interview.

Previous retail make-up experience is preferred; amateur-level experience is also welcomed.
