Le Labo Beauty Advisor position in Cologne, Germany—part-time 15 hours/week on a one-year contract. Join a luxury fragrance brand.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist clients according to Le Labo brand standards and luxury service protocols
- Provide expert, service-oriented product consultation and sales at the highest level
- Present the brand universe and product portfolio through distinctive storytelling and elevated sales approaches
- Embody, represent, and share the brand's core values and DNA with authenticity
- Contribute to target achievement and implementation of brand philosophy within the retail environment
- Execute counter actions, seasonal promotions, and special events
- Manage order acceptance and inventory control procedures
- Maintain the Le Labo store environment and execute qualified product presentation and merchandising
Qualifications
- Demonstrated sensitivity to and passion for the world of perfumery and fragrance
- Minimum three years of professional sales experience, preferably in luxury retail or beauty
- Strong team player with dynamic interpersonal presence
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills across multiple touchpoints
- Near-native or fluent German language proficiency
- Business-level fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous
- Flexibility regarding variable working hours, including weekend availability
