Le Labo seeks a Beauty Advisor for its Berlin boutique. One-year fixed-term contract; German & English fluency required.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome and greet clients according to Le Labo brand standards and service protocols
- Deliver service-oriented product consultation and execute sales at the highest level
- Present the brand universe and products through unique selling approach and compelling storytelling
- Master, represent, and authentically share the brand's values, DNA, and fragrance philosophy
- Co-own achievement of sales targets and drive implementation of brand philosophy on the sales floor
- Execute counter actions, promotional campaigns, and seasonal activations
- Process and manage customer orders and transactions
- Maintain boutique appearance, visual merchandising standards, and qualified presentation of products
- Participate in Le Labo events and brand-building initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of professional sales experience
- Demonstrated sensitivity to and passion for fragrance, art, design, and craftsmanship
- Strong team player with dynamic personality and positive attitude
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English
- Fluency in additional languages considered advantageous
- Flexibility regarding working hours and willingness to work weekends
Skills
Experience
Minimum 3 years of professional experience in retail sales, preferably within luxury beauty, fragrance, or prestige cosmetics.
Education
Secondary education or equivalent; further qualifications in beauty, cosmetics, or luxury retail preferred.
