Le Labo seeks a skilled Beauty Advisor & Artist to deliver personalized in-store experiences through expert make-up application and customer consultation. The role combines creative artistry with technical expertise, encompassing consultative selling, in-store event execution, and visual merchandising excellence. This position offers entry-level opportunity within a prestige beauty environment, with comprehensive training provided for candidates at all experience levels.
Role & Responsibilities
- Apply make-up artistry expertise to provide consultative, personalized beauty services and product recommendations to customers
- Execute in-store events and promotional activities as part of a collaborative team to drive brand engagement and sales impact
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and store presentation to ensure competitive differentiation
- Operate point-of-sale systems and manage transaction processing in a fast-paced retail environment

Qualifications
- Certification in make-up artistry or previous retail make-up experience preferred; amateur-level experience considered if demonstrated at high proficiency

- Proficiency with retail point-of-sale software systems
- Proof of legal right to live and work in the United Kingdom
