Le Labo seeks a Beauty Advisor in Amsterdam to provide personalized in-store customer experiences, support events and maintain visual merchandising standards. This is a temporary full-time role.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide a welcoming, inspirational and personalized in-store experience that educates and delights customers.
- Work as part of a high-performing team to create impact through in-store events.
- Ensure the store meets visual merchandising standards and stands out from competitors.
Qualifications
- A qualification in make-up artistry or previous retail make-up experience is preferred; applicants with amateur-level experience are welcome if they can demonstrate a high level of creative and technical expertise.
- Demonstrated ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
- Availability to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends and special events, in a fast-paced work environment.
- Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software.
- Ability to provide proof of the right to live and work in the Netherlands if invited to interview.

Previous retail make-up experience is preferred; amateur-level experience is also welcomed.
