Le Labo seeks an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in leading and developing Sales Associates and delivering sales, customer service and operational targets. The role requires supervisory, coaching and retail operations skills in a fast-paced retail environment. This is a full-time position with an anticipated hourly pay range of $21–$35, plus eligibility for a competitive bonus program.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager in leading, coaching and developing Sales Associates to achieve sales, customer service and operational targets.
Qualifications
- Proven retail experience, preferably in cosmetics.
- Ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
- Previous supervisory experience, with a proven track record of coaching or mentoring others to achieve sales and customer service targets.
- Retail operations experience, including inventory management and cash reconciliation.
- Ability to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends and special events in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
