Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager in leading and coaching the Sales Associates team to achieve all sales, customer service, and operational targets
- Develop and mentor team members to reach their full potential and drive performance excellence
- Manage retail operations including inventory management, cash reconciliation, and point-of-sale systems
- Deliver inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service experiences
- Oversee store/counter operations during assigned shifts, including days, nights, weekends, and special events
- Monitor and maintain visual merchandising and store presentation standards

Qualifications
- Proven retail experience, preferably in cosmetics or prestige beauty
- Previous supervisory experience with a demonstrated track record of coaching and mentoring others
- Proficiency with retail point-of-sale (POS) software systems
- Strong expertise in inventory management and cash reconciliation
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced environment
- Right to live and work in the United States
Skills
Experience
Proven supervisory and retail operations experience within a fast-paced retail environment, preferably in cosmetics or prestige beauty. Demonstrated track record of coaching and mentoring sales professionals to achieve sales and customer service targets.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional retail management training or certification is advantageous.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 19.50 to USD 32.50 per hour.
