The Assistant Store Manager plays a pivotal leadership role supporting the Store Manager in driving store performance across sales, customer service, and operations. The role involves coaching and developing a team of Sales Associates, managing inventory and cash reconciliation, and ensuring compliance with retail best practices in a fast-paced luxury cosmetics environment. Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager in leading and coaching the Sales Associates team to achieve sales, customer service, and operational targets
- Develop and mentor team members to reach their full potential and drive performance
- Manage retail operations including inventory management, cash reconciliation, and point-of-sale procedures
- Provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service that reflects brand standards
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to optimize results
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all store activities
- Work retail hours including days, nights, weekends, and special events as required
Qualifications
