An Assistant Store Manager is sought to drive store success by supporting the Store Manager in leading, coaching, and developing a sales team to achieve sales, customer service, and operational targets. Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager in leading and coaching a team of Sales Associates to achieve sales and customer service targets
- Develop and mentor team members to maximize their potential and performance
- Oversee retail operations including inventory management, stock control, and cash reconciliation
- Monitor and maintain operational compliance and store standards
- Deliver inspirational and personalized customer service to drive client engagement and loyalty
- Manage retail scheduling and ensure adequate staffing during peak periods
- Analyze sales performance and implement strategies to meet or exceed targets
- Supervise point-of-sale transactions and ensure accurate cash handling procedures
Qualifications
- Proven retail experience, preferably within cosmetics or prestige beauty
- Demonstrated supervisory experience with a track record of successfully coaching and mentoring team members
- Strong retail operations experience including inventory management and cash reconciliation
- Proficiency with retail point-of-sale systems
- Proficient in Microsoft Office

- Flexibility to work retail hours including days, evenings, weekends, and special events
- Legal right to live and work in the United States

Education
