Groupe Bon Marché recruits Works Coordinator TCE in Paris; manage retail construction projects, €50–60K, permanent role with hybrid flexibility.
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop technical project specifications with engineering consultants; prepare technical documents, architectural drawings, and graphical deliverables in the absence of specialized consultants
- Ensure budget compliance during the preparation of tender documents
- Maintain and update as-built drawing files and project documentation
- Prepare and coordinate construction and renovation works for commercial spaces and tenant-occupied areas
- Monitor project schedules and track site progress and completion milestones
- Serve as liaison between internal departments and external project managers and contractors
- Oversee site administration, quality control, and proper maintenance of construction sites
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, environmental standards, and applicable labor legislation
- Receive and certify completed works; compile all completion documentation including as-built plans, inspection reports, and final control bureau assessments
Qualifications
- Engineering degree in civil or construction works or architecture diploma with strong technical specialization
- Proven experience managing construction sites and coordinating multi-disciplinary projects
- Technical competence in commercial architecture and project administration
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of AutoCAD software
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with rigorous organizational approach
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate between multiple project stakeholders
Skills
Experience
Minimum 3 years of professional experience in construction site management, project coordination, or technical works delivery
Education
Engineering degree (civil, construction, or equivalent) or professional architecture diploma

The base compensation for this position ranges from EUR 50,000 to EUR 60,000 per annum.
