Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver a personalised welcome, expert styling advice and bespoke client accompaniment for the women's fashion department.
- Manage the full sales process from client interaction through to payment and accurate till reconciliation.
- Develop and sustain lasting client relationships via data capture, follow-up and loyalty-building activities.
- Ensure elegant product presentation and impeccable maintenance of the sales floor.
- Secure stock and uphold high standards of after-sales service and client satisfaction.
- Participate actively in stocktakes, merchandising initiatives and commercial operations.
Qualifications
- Minimum three years' proven experience in retail sales, ideally within luxury or premium womenswear.
- Fluency in English (indispensable); additional languages highly desirable.
- Demonstrable passion for high-level client service and a personal commitment to excellence.
- Dynamic, proactive, curious and versatile disposition with a strong team ethic.
- Reliable, responsive and organised, with attention to security and post-sale care.
Skills
Experience
Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in retail sales, preferably in luxury womenswear or premium fashion environments, with a track record of client development and commercial performance.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in retail, fashion or a related discipline preferred.
