Bon Marché Webmaster Assistant apprenticeship in Paris. Full-time, hybrid role supporting digital platform management and web operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Propose functional enhancements and improvements to digital platforms, submitting recommendations to business stakeholders
- Track, prioritize, and manage TMA (Maintenance and Evolution) tickets from specification refinement through production deployment and team communication
- Conduct technical and functional testing of new features and contribute to test case documentation
- Drive TMA deployments covering both feature releases and bug fixes across web properties
- Support the Webmaster on platform-related issues, including technical troubleshooting, feature requests, and optimization tasks
- Configure web platforms to support commercial operations, merchandising campaigns, editorial requirements, and user experience enhancements
- Conduct competitive analysis and industry benchmarking to continuously optimize website performance, ergonomics, and user navigation
- Coordinate with external agencies and service providers (integrators, digital tool developers) under Webmaster supervision
Qualifications
- Secondary education (Baccalauréat or equivalent) with specialization in IT, digital, or related field
- Demonstrated motivation and interest in digital platform performance and web technologies
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent cross-functional communication abilities
- Adaptability and openness to diverse project scopes
