Role & Responsibilities

  • Greet and advise high-end clientele on the watch collection, delivering a bespoke sales experience from discovery to transaction and payment.
  • Develop and maintain client relationships: capture contact details, perform post-visit follow-up and contribute to clienteling initiatives to drive loyalty.
  • Ensure premium presentation of product ranges and maintain the sales area to brand standards, including visual merchandising and housekeeping of the boutique.
