Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as an ambassador for prestigious watch maisons within the Horlogerie area, delivering personalised, high‑touch service to demanding clientele.
- Advise clients across the watches assortment, articulate brand and product heritage, recommend solutions and close sales through to payment.
- Work under the supervision of Sales Managers and integrate as an active member of the sales advisor team to meet commercial targets.
- Participate in stock counts, inventory procedures and commercial operations; support merchandising and in‑store activations specific to the watch department.
- Maintain exemplary presentation standards and ensure a seamless clienteling experience both in‑store and at point of sale.
Qualifications
- Previous confirmed retail sales experience in horology or high‑end watch retail.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build privileged relationships with luxury clientele.
- Dynamic, proactive and adaptable with strong teamwork, curiosity and responsiveness.
- Professional demeanour consistent with the values of premium maisons; attentive and benevolent client approach.
- Proficiency in spoken English.

First confirmed sales experience in horology or luxury watch retail; comfortable serving discerning, international customers in a high‑end department store environment.
