Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalised, high‑end client service in the Horlogerie area: welcome, advise and accompany clients from product selection through to transaction.
  • Sell across the watch assortment, applying detailed product knowledge of brands, movements, materials and technical complications to advise discerning customers.
  • Maintain visual presentation and merchandising of watch counters to store standards and ensure impeccable product signage and displays.
  • Participate in inventories, stock reconciliation and point‑of‑sale procedures including cash handling and order processing.
  • Support commercial activations and in‑store events specific to the Horlogerie department, contributing product expertise and customer outreach.
  • Report to Sales Managers and collaborate closely with the sales team to meet departmental objectives and deliver exceptional client experiences.

Qualifications

  • A first confirmed sales experience in horology or luxury watch retail.
  • Excellent client service and relationship‑building skills with an ability to serve a demanding, high‑end clientele.
  • Spoken English (required); professional French is strongly advantageous for daily client interactions.
  • Personal attributes: dynamic, proactive, curious, polyvalent, responsive and team‑oriented; acts as a brand ambassador.
