Le Bon Marché — Paris: Watch Sales Advisor (part-time CDI, 17h). Deliver personalised horlogerie service in an iconic Rive Gauche department store.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver attentive, personalised service to clients in the horlogerie area from first contact through to sale and payment.
  • Demonstrate and explain timepiece features, brand heritage and technical specifics to guide clients’ purchasing decisions.
  • Maintain the presentation and upkeep of the watch sales area, ensuring collections are merchandised to brand standards.
  • Participate in stock management activities including inventories and receiving, and contribute to commercial operations and in-store events.
  • Work closely with Sales Managers and fellow Advisors to meet department objectives and ensure a seamless client experience.

Qualifications

  • Minimum one confirmed sales experience in horlogerie or luxury watch retail.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a strong client service orientation and the ability to build privileged customer relationships.
  • Fluent spoken English.
  • Demonstrated professionalism, discretion and an affinity for luxury brands.
  • Ability to work a part-time schedule including Wednesday 10:00–20:00 and Friday 11:00–20:00.
