Le Bon Marché is hiring a VIP Concierge for a permanent, full-time 35-hour role at La Samaritaine in Paris. The Concierge welcomes and builds relationships with VIP clients, coordinates bespoke visits and events, serves guests in the VIP lounge, and supports the lounge’s operational and administrative excellence.

Role & Responsibilities

• Welcome, assist and build loyalty with VIP clients, regular clients and partners.
• Develop privileged relationships with the Maison’s most prestigious clients.
• Anticipate client needs and provide personalised assistance before, during and after each visit.
• Deliver service in line with the highest luxury and hospitality standards.
• Serve beverages and snacks in the VIP lounge.
• Organise personalised appointments and exclusive experiences.
• Coordinate specific requests, including reservations, deliveries, product sourcing, gifts, alterations and dedicated services.
• Help prepare private events and activations for VIC clients.
• Maintain the VIP lounge to the highest standards of excellence.
• Work closely with sales, Personal Stylists, Security and Marketing teams.
• Handle administrative follow-up, manage schedules and update reports.
• Manage stocks of consumables, beverages and shopping bags.
• Actively contribute to client satisfaction and loyalty.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in high-end concierge services, luxury hospitality, VIP service or luxury houses.
• Strong command of prestige hospitality codes and the ability to build lasting relationships with a demanding clientele.
• Excellent service orientation, discretion and ability to anticipate expectations.
• Ability to create bespoke experiences and deliver solutions with elegance and efficiency.
• Autonomous, organised and responsive, with the ability to work effectively in dynamic environments where attention to detail is essential.
• Fluent French and English; additional languages are particularly appreciated.
• Experience in a luxury environment with a strong customer-service orientation.
• Ability to remain standing during service and interact with international clients and diverse partners.
• Available to work weekends, including Sundays, and public holidays.
