Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Facility team daily, organize activities, establish priorities, and report to senior management
- Ensure optimal functioning of installations by overseeing preventive and corrective maintenance, incident management, and regulatory compliance checks
- Oversee technical and service providers, monitor contracts, SLAs, KPIs, and maintain high standards of service delivery
- Coordinate with Works and Architecture teams during preparation and monitoring of projects impacting operations
- Contribute to CAPEX/OPEX budget construction and tracking while optimizing energy consumption
- Support operational teams, Sales Departments, and brands by responding to technical needs and streamlining daily workflows
- Enforce strict safety protocol compliance, coordinate emergency situations, and guarantee operational continuity
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in technical, real estate, or Facility Management fields
- 5–10 years of experience in Facility Management or real estate operations within complex, demanding environments
- Strong team management capabilities, third-party management, and multi-technical maintenance expertise
- Proficiency in contractual, budgetary, regulatory aspects, and reporting tools
- Leadership, rigor, responsiveness, service orientation, and excellent interpersonal skills for successful cross-functional collaboration
